Welcome to wifeswap (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”). This agreement sets forth the rights and obligations between visitors and the Platform. Please read and understand this agreement carefully before using any services provided by the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms of this agreement.

1. Eligibility and Usage Conditions

• The Platform is open to adults worldwide. Users must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in their country/region of residence.
• The Platform functions solely as a tool for couples in open relationships to present information and engage in communication.
• Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing, browsing, or using any content or services on the Platform.

2. User Conduct Guidelines

When using the Platform, users must comply with the following behavioral rules:

• Abide by the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. Do not use the Platform for any illegal, infringing, or unethical activities.
• Do not post or distribute content that is illegal, violent, discriminatory, harassing, obscene, fraudulent, or defamatory.
• Do not impersonate others, forge identities, or spread false information.
• All offline interactions must be informed, voluntary, and legal. The Platform does not participate in or interfere with any offline interactions between users.

3. Platform Role and Disclaimer

• The Platform provides a channel for information sharing and communication between users. It does not participate in, facilitate, or guarantee the establishment of relationships, user interactions, or offline meetings.
• Users are solely responsible for their own actions, including but not limited to viewing content, initiating communication, or arranging offline meetings. Any disputes, losses, or legal responsibilities arising therefrom are unrelated to the Platform.
• The Platform cannot fully verify the identity or behavior of all users. Users should assess risks independently and engage with caution.
• The Platform is not liable for service interruptions, content delays, or feature errors caused by force majeure or technical reasons but will strive to maintain service stability.

4. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Platform (including but not limited to text, images, trademarks, and layout design) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. No part may be copied, modified, reposted, or used for commercial purposes without authorization.

5. Agreement Updates and Interpretation

• This agreement may be updated based on legal changes or operational needs. All updates will be posted on this page, and users are expected to review it periodically.
• Continued use of the Platform after changes are made shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
• The interpretation rights of this agreement belong to wifeswap. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please cease using the Platform immediately.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform’s operator is located.
• Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If such negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute to a court with jurisdiction in the location of the Platform’s operator.
